The Oil and Gas Trainers Association of Uganda

Oil and Gas Trainers Association of Uganda (OGTAU) is an Association that brings together all individuals and institutions involved in training and development of skills related to Oil and Gas in Uganda.

The Association was created in 2019, on recognition that it is through the strength of the Association members that meaningful social and economic transformation and improvement of the required skills in the oil and gas sector will be easily achieved. To this effect, the Association members agreed to work towards the improvement of the required skills in the oil and gas sector. The Association is committed to initiating projects and sustainable programmes that will lead to realization of the goals and objectives of the Association.

Our Objectives

To bring together all Institutions or Individuals that are involved in training and developing skills related to oil and gas in Uganda

To assist in the development and maintenance of standards expected in the Oil and Gas sector through provision of skilled man power

To promote academic, economic, social and industry standards of the Oil and Gas sector

To strengthen the spirit of togetherness and promote co-operation amongst members of the Association

To promote good relationship amongst the members of the Association and other Associations or Institutions with common interest in Uganda
